Hi, I’m Kyra, a wedding photographer and lifestyle portrait photographer based in Waterloo, Ontario. Serving Kitchener-Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Stratford, London, and beyond, I specialize in warm, true-to-life wedding photography and candid portrait sessions that feel natural, connected, and completely you.

My heart is in documenting the in-between moments. The quiet hand squeezes, the belly laughs, the wild kind of memories that make your story yours. Whether it’s a local wedding or engagement session, or a destination celebration, I’m all in.

When I’m not photographing incredible couples and families, you’ll probably find me hiking a new trail, rock climbing, snowboarding in the winter, or deep into a video game. I’m a big fan of coffee dates, so let’s grab a latte and start dreaming up your session or wedding photography plans.

Most of my emails are sent with my black lab, Felix, curled up beside me, so if you have a dog, please bring them to your engagement session or family photos. Dogs instantly make everything better. That’s just facts.

Why "Three Sugars?"

Three Sugars Photo is named after my Grandad, who always took his coffee black with three sugars. He and my Nana hold such a special place in my heart, and naming my business after him is my way of honouring those memories. Photos are more than just pictures, they’re stories, feelings, and connections. I believe in the importance of preserving those memories, so you can look back on them and relive the magic for years to come.
