Your wedding experience
I. Phone call
Starting with a phone call, we discuss your wedding plans and availability. We chat about all the details that make your wedding day so special and unique to you and determine if we are a perfect match.
II. contracts & invoicing
We're going to work together (Yay!) Whats next? I send you my contract and invoice. I know it sounds scary but the process is actually quite seamless. Upon signing your contract all weddings require a 25% deposit, with the remainder due the week leading up to your wedding.
III. Engagement session PLanning
All of my wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement photoshoot. I help you bring your vision to life and incorporate personal details about you as a couple. This allows you to use the photos for save the dates and wedding invitations if desired. An engagement session gives us a chance to get to know each other and work together prior to your wedding day.
IV. Communication
Starting with a questionnaire to get to know each of my couples and their personalities. I like to keep in frequent communication with my wedding clients to ensure peace of mind. You can send me emails anytime with any questions you may have, and I will promptly respond to them. If you need vendor recommendations, I am more than happy to share my list of trusted professionals.
V. Wedding day
The day has arrived and so have I! My second shooter and I make sure to show up a little bit early and get the lay of the land. We introduce ourselves to the other vendors and ensure they know where we will be. From start to finish we stick close and make sure we never miss a moment!
VI. Gallery protection & Delivery
After your wedding I make sure to back up all the images before I even start editing. I do not format the wedding memory cards until your gallery is delivered to you edited. Once the gallery is delivered digitally you will be able to access and download all the photos from the day and share as desired!
