Your wedding day has finally arrived and you want your photographer to capture every last detail, so what should you keep aside for the detail photos?

  1. Florals- ask your florist for some extra clippings of your wedding florals for your photographer to add in to your flat lay shots.
  2. Invitations/Vow books- If you have an extra copy of your invites, keep one aside on your wedding day. That way if you don't keep a physical invitation you will have a photo copy dressed up with the details from your wedding day!
  3. Your wedding shoes/jewelry- if the jewelry or shoes you're wearing mean something to you this is a special way to include them in your detail photos. Maybe your necklace was your grandmothers, or your shoes are your "something blue"
  4. Rings- Detail photos are a great way to capture your ring details before you exchange them. Keep them with the boxes they're kept in.
  5. Perfume/Cologne- Did you two pick out a signature scent for your wedding day? Keep the bottles close by for your detail shots!
