There's something truly amazing about capturing love in a place that holds so many memories! For Ashley and Ellay, the University of Guelph was the perfect backdrop for their engagement session. We began our journey in the serene beauty of the greenhouse. The way the sunlight filtered through the leaves and cast gentle shadows was nothing short of enchanting, and it set the perfect tone for the rest of the day.
From the greenhouse, we made our way to the iconic ivy-covered buildings, with Johnston Hall standing tall and proud. The historic architecture, draped in rich green ivy, provided a timeless and classic setting for the photos. We couldn't resist stopping at Johnston Green, where the couple donned their Guelph Gryphon sunglasses, adding a playful and personal touch to the session. Their laughter and shared glances made these moments feel intimate and genuine. Ashley and Ellay's told me of their adventures together, they enjoy travel and even got engaged in Pairs, France!
To wrap up the session, we returned to the parking lot to highlight Ellay's prized blue Corvette. This car, a symbol of his passion and personality, became a unique and striking element of the shoot. We captured some truly breathtaking shots of Ashley and Ellay kissing in front of the headlights, the glow casting a warm, romantic light on their faces. The combination of their love and the sleek, powerful car made for an unforgettable end to a day filled with joy, laughter, and countless memories. This engagement session at the University of Guelph was a beautiful reflection of Ashley and Ellay's journey together, and it was an absolute honor to be part of it.
This was my first time photographing at University of Guelph but certainly will not be my last, there are so many beautiful spots on campus to sneak some romantic photos. I cannot wait to see these two tie the knot in Paris, Ontario this fall!
